Payment Types We Accept

  • Cash
  • Cheque (may wait for cheque to clear before despatch)
  • Credit Card
  • Bank Transfer in US dollars or Pounds Sterling with all bank charges paid by sender.
  • Credit Card Visa and Mastercard only
  • Debit Card Visa Electron or Maestro
  • Credit Account subject to approval with terms of strictly 30 days end of month

Terms of Trade

1. Privacy Policy – We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

2. Delivery Policy – All items are made to order and our standard product delivery is usually 2-3 weeks from order. At the time of order you will receive an order acknowledgement with our planned delivery date. If you require a quicker delivery than this we will try to comply with your requirements. For delivery we generally use our own courier company. This is currently DHL or UPS but we can also accept the customers own courier company. In this latter case we make a small charge for packing and handling documents.

3. Refund / Cancelation Policy – 

a) Refunds Policy. We will refund 85% of the purchase price if the purchased items is returned to us unused and all seals remain intact. 

b) Cancellation. For standard catalogue products in the event of order cancellation 5 working days prior to the acknowledged delivery date we will make no charge and for cancellation after this period we will make a 15% charge on the purchase price. For cancellation of custom designed/special products we will charge 85% of the purchase price.
